采用人工隔离单株选育而成的南畔洲升级品种，中晚熟，冬性强，株高40-50厘米，叶绿色，叶脉淡绿色、叶缘深裂，叶柄密生刺毛，肉质根长圆柱形，长25-35厘米，横径8-12厘米，表皮光滑白亮，皮肉嫩白，成熟早、纤维少。脆化渣，生熟食，加工皆宜。抽苔晚，生长势强，播种至收获60-70天，耐贮运，气候适宜、管理得当者单株可达1-2公斤，亩产可达4000-5000公斤。
